Barbacks Wanted: Toronto’s Premier Christmas Pop-Up
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour + tip out

For 33 days each November and December, a downtown Toronto space hosts the most festive bar program in the city. Three themed rooms and a cocktail list that runs at full volume from open to close, every night of the season.

A bar operating at this pace is only as strong as the barback supporting it. If you have done this job properly, you already understand that.

The Role:

- Maintain par levels on ice, glassware, garnish, liquor, beer, and all bar product throughout service
- Anticipate the bartenders’ needs and restock wells, stations, and speed rails before they are called for
- Execute daily garnish prep, juice prep, and opening and closing bar setup to standard
- Keep the bar, back bar, and service areas clean, organized, and protected during peak volume
- Support service flow between the bar, the floor, and the cellar without disrupting guest experience





Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience supporting a high-volume bar. You move quickly and see what is needed before it is needed.
- Strong work ethic and genuine hustle. There is no standing around in this room.
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ambition. If you want to end up behind the stick, this is how that path starts.
