- Perform dimensional inspections and weld inspections at our Stratford location
- Assist in completing PPAP and other quality documentation as required
- Work with team members to troubleshoot errors throughout build
- Conduct source inspections & in-house inspections on critical jobs as required
- Accumulate non-conformance information in a timely manner to produce monthly reports and assist in the implementation of remedial actions and timely closure of NCRs
- Lead root cause analysis of internal & external non-conformances
- Schedule calibration of equipment and customer surveys as required
Qualifications
- CWB Level 1 Inspector Certification (good to have)
- Quality related courses/certificates
- Understanding of statistical processes
- Blueprint Reading
- Knowledge of Kebrite/Access/Word/Autocad/Solidworks
