Job Summary

Partnership construction contracting brings practical building skills and coordinated project support to construction and restoration work. The role contributes across wide-ranging tasks, from interpreting plans to completing installations and finishes, while working with colleagues to deliver dependable results.

Duties

- Read blueprints and schematics, support construction estimating, and prepare work areas and materials for assigned tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely for drywall, caulking, drywall finishing, painting, flooring installation, and tile laying.
- Assist with drywall finishing, plumbing, restoration, and heavy equipment operation as project needs require.
- Coordinate progress and work details with the team. Your impact: clear updates help colleagues sequence tasks and keep projects moving smoothly.

Experience

Required: Practical ability to use hand and power tools, and carry out construction tasks with care and attention to detail. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with blueprint reading, drywall, restoration, equipment operation, and the listed installation and trade skills are valuable strengths.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
