Location: 261 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON

Position: Kitchen Staff (Part-Time)

Shift Hours:

- 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and food prep (cutting, seasoning, portioning, etc.)
- Prepare and cook ramen, rice bowls, and appetizers
- Prepare ramen broth and house-made oils
- Cook and assemble menu items during service
- Clean and organize the kitchen
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Support the team during busy service
- Receive deliveries and manage inventory
- Complete opening and closing duties

Requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with at least 10 months remaining on your visa/work permit




- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset (Japanese cuisine experience preferred)
- No previous ramen experience required; training provided
- Available for 2–3 shifts per week
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible availability for day and evening shifts
- Able to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Able to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Able to communicate in English
