- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- A customer-first mindset and pride in delivering a standout in-store experience.
- Comfort using retail data (Sales Per Hour, Conversion, Items Per Transaction, Average Transaction Value) to spot opportunities and improve results.
- Experience in specialty and/or large-format retail,



with a willingness to jump in and get things done on the sales floor.
- Experience in apparel and/or specialty retail is highly valued, along with a robust understanding of customer experience.
- Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just golfing curious — enthusiasm for the game is key.
