Position Summary :The Floor Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Hidden Treasures, supporting effective warehouse operations, and contributing to a positive experience for both customers and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Floor Appearance & Cleanliness

- Perform daily sweeping and vacuuming of the retail space.
- Clean and restock the bathroom.
- Organize and restock retail shelves.
- Complete dusting, window washing, and parking lot clean-ups as needed.
- Organize warehouse and storage areas for safe shop practices

2. Customer Support

- Interact with customers to create a welcoming environment and communicate M2W2’s mission and vision.
- Price items and negotiate when appropriate to build rapport with customers.
- Complete delivery and pick-up forms and relay information to Management.
- Promote the Woodshop Boutique.

3. Cashier Support

- Assist the Cashier by covering lunch breaks and sick days,



retrieving supplies, and helping with packing, wrapping, and managing line-ups as needed.
- Support cash-out procedures at the end of shifts when required.
- Answer incoming phone calls.

4. Volunteer Support

- Assist Volunteers/Individuals impacted by incarceration with small tasks to help ensure a positive and productive volunteering experience.
- Report any interpersonal conflicts to Management to maintain a safe working environment for all.

5. Management Support

- Support Management by handling day-to-day tasks and needs, allowing them to focus on larger projects, significant issues, and overall leadership responsibilities.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
