Responsibilities

As a Commercial Appliance Repair Technician, you will provide field-based service for businesses, restaurants, commercial kitchens, and property managers throughout Kanata and nearby areas.

- Attend scheduled service calls at restaurants, commercial kitchens, shared laundry facilities and other business properties.
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration, cooking, warewashing, ice, laundry and related equipment within your demonstrated capability.
- Assess electrical, refrigeration, ventilation, water and drain-related systems methodically and safely.
- Explain findings, operational impact and recommended repair scope to the site contact before approved work proceeds.
- Document model and serial information, readings, photos, parts and test results in the mobile work-order system.
- Maintain an organized work area and work around active commercial operations with appropriate care.
- Escalate parts, access,



safety or capability limitations promptly so the request can be reviewed correctly.

Qualifications
