Job Overview

The Ideal Candidate:

One minute, you’re responding to a parts inquiries, stocking and organizing shelves, accepting a payment, and helping customers with retail purchases. The next minute, you’re answering the phone, greeting another customer who walks in the door, receiving a current parts order, and phoning a customer to tell them their parts are in.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, detail oriented and has a real interest in the farming and industrial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Assist service technicians with parts lookups.
- Check incoming shipments from suppliers and put inventory in appropriate locations.
- Pick orders and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting.
- Other Parts Department related tasks as directed by Parts Manager.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of farm equipment and parts would be an asset.
- Strong communication and customer relations skills




- Strong math and reading comprehension skills
- General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to use a forklift or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire
- Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
- Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
- High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
