Eganridge Resort, Golf Club & Spa is looking for a Spa Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

-Possess multiple years of experience working in a Spa / Wellness environment, ideally in both reception and service provider roles.

-Have industry connections to build out the Spa team.

-Have a keen interest in learning the managerial side, and in depth operations of the business.

-Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Spa, including guest experience, HR, and marketing. This is a great opportunity for somebody highly motivated to do more than just answer the phones or perform services.

-Be professional, reliable and regularly commit to working weekends.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage marketing initiatives to promote spa services and attract new clients.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.




- Develop and implement human resource policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain spa operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $52,500.00-$62,500.00 per year
