Pine View Auto Group is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting department in a part-time Accounting Clerk position.

We are open to candidates with limited accounting experience who have a genuine interest in accounting, are comfortable working with numbers, and are willing to learn. Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience would be an asset, but is not essential for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is organized, takes direction well, has a positive attitude, and is interested in developing their accounting skills in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping functions.
- Enter invoices and process accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payment processing.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Organize, review, and file accounting documentation.
- Assist with processing daily deposits and receipts.
- Help reconcile various accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the department.

Qualifications & Experience

- Some accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.




- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an asset.
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and accounting procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
