A Hotel Front Desk Agent is a skilled who is responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner. As the first face that many see upon arrival, the Hotel Front Desk Agent checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers questions and processes payments for hotel services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB T5J 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
