Responsibilities

- Deliver compassionate patient care tailored to individual needs, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support medication administration under supervision or following established protocols to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and sanitizing living spaces to maintain a secure and comfortable environment.
- Provide dementia and hospice care by engaging clients with patience, understanding, and appropriate communication techniques.
- Support individuals with disabilities through mobility assistance, transfers,



and activity engagement to foster independence.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or equipment setup, following proper safety procedures.

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with senior care practices, including dementia and hospice care approaches.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety standards is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and cleaning efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and connect meaningfully with clients.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
