The Town of Bonnyville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hub Coordinator for the Lakeland Family Resource Network (FRN). This is a term position that ends June 30, 2027. As part of the Government of Alberta’s FRN Program, the Hub Coordinator will oversee the project coordination, project management, and ongoing development of the Lakeland FRN Hub Program, fostering regional social service partnerships to support families and child development within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project management, coordination, and program development for the Lakeland FRN Hub.
- Manage government contract requirements and ensure alignment with provincial standards.
- Implement, track, and report on social service outcome measurements and program evaluations.
- Collaborate with regional social service partners and community stakeholders to deliver effective network services.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working within regional social service partnerships.
- Proven understanding of government contracts, contract work, and compliance.
- Experience with social service outcome measurement, data collection, and reporting frameworks.
- Clear RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Intervention Check (must be obtained prior to employment).
- Standard First Aid certification and WHMIS certification (may be obtained after employment).
