About the Opportunity

Clarity Recruitment is building a bench of specialists for its AI practice, which places the people who make AI work inside Canadian organizations. Our 2026 conversations with senior leaders at sixteen Canadian organizations made one thing clear: the technology is rarely what stalls adoption. People not seeing what AI could do for their own work is.

This is an ongoing need, not a single live vacancy. Our clients have early wins and a mandate to scale, and now need standards, measurement, and a reason for people to change how they work. The AI Enablement & Change Lead builds the skills across the organization and carries the why.

When a matching engagement opens, you’ll design and run the program that takes AI from a handful of enthusiasts to how the work gets done. That includes training, champion networks, governance, and the metrics that show leadership it’s working. If you’ve led change people actually adopted, this is the bench for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess current AI adoption and readiness across teams, and set a baseline to measure against
- Design and deliver role-specific training that shows people what AI can do for their own job
- Build and run champion networks inside functional teams
- Develop usage standards, guardrails, and governance in partnership with Legal, IT, and Risk
- Define and report adoption and impact metrics to leadership
- Shape communications that explain the why and address concerns directly




- Partner with Functional AI Experts and engineers to roll new solutions out to the people who use them
- Build internal capability so adoption continues without outside push

What You Bring

- Proven experience leading organizational change, enablement, or adoption programs
- Hands-on fluency with current AI tools, enough to teach by example
- Solid facilitation and communication skills with audiences from front line to executive
- Experience designing training programs that change behaviour, not just complete attendance
- Ability to define and track meaningful adoption metrics
- Credibility with senior leaders and the judgment to know when to push and when to listen

Nice to Have

- Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar)
- Background in finance, accounting, or another regulated function
- Experience building AI governance or acceptable-use policies
- Prior Microsoft 365 Copilot or enterprise AI rollout experience
