Production Labourer, Cannabis Packaging | $20/hr | Paid Training, No Experience Needed
This role may also be known as:
Packaging Associate,
Cannabis Processing Labourer,
Production Associate,
General Labourer Manufacturing
What if your next job came with full training, a strong starting wage and a foothold in one of Canada's fastest-growing regulated industries?
We're hiring Production Labourers for one of Canada's largest licensed cannabis producers. You'll be the person who makes sure finished product is weighed right, packed right and labelled right before it heads out the door. It's hands-on, active work that keeps you moving, and the skills you build here carry across any manufacturing career.
You don't need a résumé full of experience. You need a good attitude, a careful eye and a willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest.
Why This Prospect Is Different
Most entry-level warehouse jobs start lower and train less. This one starts at $20.00 an hour, includes health and dental coverage and comes with real on-the-job training in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality matters.
You'll join a friendly, supportive team that welcomes people from all backgrounds and values the work you put in.
You get choice in your schedule, with day, evening and overnight options, including a Monday to Thursday, ten-hour schedule that gives you a three-day weekend every week.
You'll be learning inside an established, large-scale operation, which means steady work and practical experience that opens doors in production, quality and manufacturing.
What You'll Be Doing
Getting finished cannabis product accurately weighed, packaged and labelled so every unit leaves to standard.
Keeping batch records and documentation accurate so every package is fully traceable.
Running a clean, safe and organized workstation that keeps the whole line moving.
Working alongside your team to hit shift goals together.
What We're Looking For
No previous experience or education required.
A quick learner who is happy to be trained on new processes and equipment.
Comfortable standing, walking and lifting up to 40 lbs during your shift.
Detail-oriented and careful with weights, counts and labels.
A team player who pitches in to help others meet shared goals.
At least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada.
Able to pass a background check.
WHMIS training completed before your start date.
Able to work without acrylic nails, rings or jewelry on shift, with any non-removable piercings taped.
