Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely and efficiently
- Provide product information and perform product demos when needed
- Upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is tidy
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or exchanges using excellent phone etiquette
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product organization
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred




- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Spanish are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demos is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Demonstrated time management skills and professionalism in phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience in technology sales or technical sales is a bonus

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
