Overview

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing clear information about menu items and order status
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, including packaging supplies and order pick-up zones
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to uphold the restaurant’s quality standards
- Assist with other hospitality duties as needed to support team operations
- Dining Room you greet customers professionally, assist customers with seating
- Help servers with daily tasks including and not limited to clearing tables, clean and sanitize all areas

Requirements :

- Previous experience in food service,



restaurant, or hotel hospitality preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
- Must be able to read and write in English as we are old school and do not use computers
- Must be able to speak French
