Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales area is tidy and inviting
- Manage inventory by conducting stock checks and supporting restocking efforts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers





Requirements :

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to work in flexible shift including Night shift/ Morning Shift/ Evening shift
