Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate the POS system efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when necessary
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ensure accurate cash handling, balance registers at shift end, and maintain transaction records
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred




- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills required
- Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a strong plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with product demos or technical sales in technology-related fields is advantageous
- Solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success in this role
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, upselling techniques, and phone etiquette will enhance performance

Pay: $35.00-$36.50 per hour
