Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate the POS system accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when applicable
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-organized on the sales floor
- Manage phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and timely responses
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable




- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques
- Ability to perform product demos and technical sales support effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Prior experience or interest in technology sales or retail merchandising is a plus
