About the Role : The Receptionist is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, sorting and distributing mail.

Schedule : Part-Time; Mon/Wed 2pm-7pm, Fri 2pm-6pm with possibility of Tues 2pm-7pm

Hours : 14-20/week

Compensation : $18-$19/hr

Who you are :

- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in customer care or reception in a fast-paced workplace.
- Phone Skills : Experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Positive Attitude : Friendly and positive tone, even in challenging situations.
- Customer Care Skills : Strong communication and excellent customer service.
- Tech Skills : Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.

What Your Day Will Look Like :

- Customer Service :



Efficiently assist both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service and promptly addressing all client inquiries.
- Telephone Management : Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Administrative Duties : Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Payment Processing : Take payments for services & products
