Receptionist - Part time

We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist with availability to work Sundays (5:00PM - 9:30PM) and Thursdays (2:00PM - 9:30PM) including holidays and on-call shifts (or as assigned). Flexible availability is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of concierge-style support to accommodate the needs of Members.
- Welcome and assist Members, Guests, and Staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage access to the Club’s facilities,



acting as a key point of entry.
- Maintain documentation of all individuals entering the Club for safety and incident response purposes.
- Relay Member requests and inquiries to the appropriate staff or departments.
- Guide and direct Guests to scheduled meetings, events, and functions.
- Provide current information about Club programs, registration, special events, membership, waitlists, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset but not required.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to perform the full range of tasks and responsibilities as required by the position.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: From $20.02 per hour
