We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to support our clinic on weekends and help ensure smooth daily operations.

About the Role As the Clinic Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a positive clinic experience. You will manage front desk operations, administrative tasks, and support our healthcare practitioners in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments, billing inquiries, and assist with insurance claims
- Perform administrative duties (filing, faxing, data entry, inventory tracking)
- Coordinate with practitioners to support efficient patient flow
- Answer patient questions and provide information on clinic services
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and welcoming reception area
- Assist with light laundry and opening/closing procedures

Qualifications & Skills

- Reception or front desk experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with Jane App (preferred)
- Knowledge of direct billing (ICBC and extended health insurers)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Discretion with confidential information
- Familiarity with massage therapy services is an asset

Position Details

- Part-time (weekends)
- $18.00 - $20.00 /hour (based on experience)
- Location: Delta (64th Ave & Scott Road)
