Our client, Logistics and Warehousing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Logistics team supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and a detail-oriented team mindset that helps you stay aligned with safety and performance standards.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Georgetown, ON

Pay Range: 19.25 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

- Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill, and packing support
- Support order induction and picking to keep orders moving accurately and on time
- Handle receiving activities such as manual unloading and trailer-related loading/unloading support
- Complete value-added services including kitting, labeling, and post-ponement style tasks as assigned
- Support warehouse readiness through facilities and housekeeping work such as general maintenance, trash removal, and detrashing pallets of plastic and straps

What's Needed?

- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to address issues that arise in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude with solid attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically intensive work, including reaching, bending, picking, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and standing/walking for periods of time
- Comfort working in a busy warehousing environment that may be noisy at times, while following safety standards
