- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience in our showroom.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Explain our flooring systems, colour options, finishes, and services to potential customers.
- Assist customers with choosing flooring colours and designs.
- Follow up with potential customers, estimates, and sales leads.
- Schedule consultations, estimates, and installation appointments.
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and customer correspondence.
- Maintain organized customer records and appointment schedules.
- Assist with social media inquiries and general office administration.
- Help turn incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings.
