We are seeking a Reach Truck Operator to support mixed warehouse operations as an individual contributor. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and Warehouse Manager, this role will handle inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory replenishment. This is a no-travel position focused on safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse execution.
Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks to move and position pallets safely.
- Store pallets in warehouse racking and retrieve inventory as needed.
- Pick orders and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Inspect loads for accuracy, stability, and visible damage.
- Handle inventory during receiving, replenishment, and general warehouse activities.
- Complete routine equipment checks before and during operation.
- Maintain warehouse organization and support protected, effective workflows.
- Follow all applicable safety and warehouse compliance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience operating a reach truck.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
