Donalda Club is a distinguished food and beverage establishment that prides itself on offering an exceptional experience to our members and guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, and personable part-time Receptionists to join our team. With an amazing personality and a welcoming smile, you will be the first impression our members receive, playing a crucial role in defining their experience from the moment they step into the club. This role is a Full-Time position and will require the individual to work 4 days a week (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Hourly Rate starts at $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities for this position :

- Warmly greet members, guests, and suppliers, both in person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently, ensuring calls are transferred correctly and messages are taken accurately.
- Keep up-to-date with club activities and events to promote them effectively.
- Take event reservations, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanour.
- Adhere to the club's health and safety procedures, and assist in emergencies as required.
- Ensure the reception area is prepared for the next shift,



performing opening and closing duties

What we are looking for :

- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Experience with a multi-line telephone system is preferred.
- Robust computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a reception or administrative role; club experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- An amazing personality, capable of making everyone feel welcome and valued.
