The Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) is seeking a Labour Relations Officer (Servicing) to join our Windsor office. You will guide and support members, ensure their rights are achieved and maintained, and work with bargaining units on contract administration and health-and-safety issues.
Travel is required; you will partner with the Regional Manager, Contract Administration- Region 5 and collaborate with our Litigation and Negotiations Teams to prepare for arbitrations and advise on qualified
