What We're Looking For We are seeking experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work and can deliver consistent, top-quality results. This is a great opportunity for dependable professionals who enjoy flexible scheduling and working independently.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of professional residential house cleaning experience (we want proven expertise in deep cleans, regular maintenance cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning)
- Must have your own reliable vehicle (valid driver's licence and clean driving record required - you will travel between client homes)
- Must own your own cleaning tools & supplies (vacuum, mop, buckets, microfiber cloths,
basic eco-friendly or standard cleaning products - we provide client-specific items when needed)
- Robust attention to detail and a thorough, efficient work style
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional with excellent client communication skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred (but not required)
- References from previous cleaning clients or employers
- Experience with green/eco-friendly cleaning methods
- Comfortable working alone or in small teams
