Key Responsibilities:

- Act as on-site point person during the manager's absence
- Ensure team members complete checklists and maintain standards
- Coordinate customer requests, complaints, compliments, and special orders
- Provide Campbell with weekly stock-level updates
- Represent the taproom at beer festivals and brand activations
