Job Summary

We are seeking a French Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Burlington, ON. This role is ideal for a bilingual customer service professional who is mechanically inclined, tech savvy, and comfortable supporting customers by phone and email in a call centre environment.

The successful candidate will support customers with product orders, warranty questions, troubleshooting, replacement parts, payments, and shipment coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and helping customers resolve issues with small power equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, parts, warranty questions, and service support.




- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to small power equipment and provide clear Tier 1 technical guidance.
- Verify warranty coverage, order replacement parts, and coordinate next steps for customer resolution.
- Process payments, shipment details, and order information accurately in internal systems.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and qualified service.
- Compose clear and professional written communication in both English and French.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Training format: 3 months in office.
- Regular day shift: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Must be flexible to work shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Weekend rotations for Saturday and Sunday are remote.
- Location: Burlington, ON.
