Coordinate mining maintenance through SAP S/4HANA, accurate work requests, and resource planning at Elk Valley Resources in British Columbia. This temporary role follows rotating day shifts. Reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Lead, Maintenance, you will coordinate activities across mining and processing assets. The work requires communication, technical understanding of mining equipment, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer maintenance requests and work orders in SAP S/4HANA
- Screen, prioritize, and control daily maintenance requests
- Lead work control meetings with Supervisors, Planners, and Operations
- Coordinate tradespeople, contractors,



materials, tools, and downtime windows
- Review completed work orders and maintenance performance information

Requirements:
- Journeyperson ticket or related Engineering Degree
- Five to seven years planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance
- Experience in mining or heavy industry
- Robust computerized maintenance management systems skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Apply maintenance planning, SAP S/4HANA coordination, and mining equipment knowledge across EVR’s Elk Valley operations.
