Shape crew scheduling performance at Air Inuit with training leadership, aviation systems knowledge, and strong regulatory expertise. Help agents work accurately across vital operations. This Lead Crew Scheduling Specialist trains and supports Crew Scheduling Agents and Crew Scheduling Support Agents. The work combines classroom instruction on CARs, Collective Agreements, and scheduling procedures with technical support for AIMS, Hitit, Nomadis, and Synerion. You will promote consistent processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training for new scheduling agents
- Provide ongoing operational guidance and mentorship
- Develop training manuals, job aids, and checklists
- Administer Crew Scheduling schedules and Synerion




- Support continuous improvement through Air Inuit’s IMS

Requirements:
- Three to five years in aviation scheduling or operations
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing procedures and training documentation
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and confidentiality Use your training capability, documentation skills, and scheduling systems experience to strengthen Air Inuit’s operational consistency.
