NetSuite accounting expertise drives this contract assignment with CoreFactor in the west end of the GTA. Work on-site five days weekly. This experienced accounting consultant supports temporary Finance operations during a Zoho-to-NetSuite conversion. You will process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other transactions directly in NetSuite. The assignment covers the parallel-run period and initial post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor bills, invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses
- Enter journal entries, credit card, purchase order, and sales transactions
- Reconcile NetSuite activity against corresponding Zoho transactions
- Investigate variances and document exceptions, owners, actions, and status




- Validate inventory transactions and period-end balances across systems

Requirements:
- Solid accounting experience across payable, receivable, general ledger, and processing
- Significant hands-on NetSuite transaction entry and reconciliation experience
- Understanding of accounting flows and period-end reconciliation
- Experience investigating discrepancies with operational teams
- Inventory accounting and purchasing or order-to-cash familiarity Apply practical accounting, NetSuite processing, and reconciliation expertise to support CoreFactor’s system transition and financial accuracy.
