As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the VP of People & Talent and lead recruiting across GTM and technical teams. This player-coach role combines team development, executive advising, interview design, recruiting operations, and hands-on hiring. You will build a recruiting function suited to an AI-native company.

Key Responsibilities
- Own hiring strategy, headcount priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Lead, coach, and grow the recruiting team
- Run senior and hard-to-fill searches end to end
- Design interview frameworks and train interviewers
- Own Ashby, reporting, process design, and recruiting SLAs

Requirements:
- 10+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- High-growth B2B SaaS or AI company experience
- 3+ years leading recruiters or a recruiting function
- Recent success closing senior hires competitively
- Deep Ashby or comparable ATS experience Shape Valence hiring through executive partnership, data-driven recruiting, AI workflows, and hands-on leadership across critical searches.
