Lead fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC network work as an Installation & Repair Supervisor in Burgessville or Thedford, Ontario. Coach technicians while supporting customers. This permanent, full time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists. The work combines hands-on telecommunications service, team coaching, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will support independent telephone, FTTH, and CLEC communities while maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Installation and Repair team operations
- Assist customers, contractors, stakeholders, and team members
- Inspect copper, coax, and fibre network cables
- Oversee technician maintenance requests and network repairs
- Develop training programs, meetings, and coaching plans

Requirements:
- Valid G license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in a fibre plant
- Minimum three years of industry experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
