Prospecting and building a qualified pipeline is the role's first priority.
Role Overview
The Director, Business Development generates new business for Re Visionz with owner-operators across North America, opening new accounts and winning new work with existing clients across the full portfolio of digital asset enablement solutions: systems integration, data and AI solutions, consulting and managed services, with a focus on programs and multi-phase engagements. Prospecting and building a qualified pipeline is the role's first priority.
The Director, Business Development operates as an individual contributor who spends much of their time in the field,



meeting prospects and clients face to face. The role has no direct reports, but there is substantial opportunity for advancement, and the incumbent is well supported by a strong sales function (including a robust marketing arm), peers, delivery leads and management. Success is measured by new relationships opened with budget owners, qualified pipeline built and new business won across the full Re Visionz portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Build and sustain a qualified pipeline through consistent outbound activity (calls, meetings, Linked In and email outreach), with steady quarter-over-quarter growth in current client meetings and qualified opportunities that supports revenue targets
Industry Insight: Gather first-hand intelligence on what is happening across target industries and client operations, and tailor each conversation to it rather than relying on a canned pitch
