Primavera P6 scheduling drives industrial construction planning at Ledcor, supporting site-based execution across complex Canadian projects. Analyze progress, sequencing, and critical paths. As a Scheduler / Planner, you will develop integrated schedules for projects ranging from $50M to $1B+. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Project Controls, and field leadership. Your work connects engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and workface planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and control Primavera P6 schedules through completion
- Establish construction logic and sequencing with project leadership
- Track field progress, productivity, and project constraints
- Identify critical paths, risks, delays, and recovery strategies




- Provide look-ahead schedules, analysis, and project reporting

Requirements:
- Engineering degree, technology designation, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years scheduling large industrial construction projects
- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency
- Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and workface planning
