Support workplace accommodations and return to work programs as an Abilities Management Specialist at Halton Regional Police Service in Oakville. Manage complex absence cases across HRPS. This continuing full time position provides comprehensive case management for occupational and non occupational absences. You will coordinate claims, advise members and supervisors, and support safe attendance and accommodation practices. The work includes medical information review, functional abilities assessment, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer complex occupational and non occupational abilities management files
- Coordinate accommodations, modified work, and return to work programs
- Manage STD, LTD, and WSIB processes and documentation
- Analyze claims and attendance data,



identifying trends and recommendations
- Maintain confidential health and abilities management records

Requirements:
- Three year community college diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Three to five years progressive return to work experience
- Occupational and non occupational injury management experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation, including Ontario Human Rights Code
