Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease deals and renewals from request through execution
- Own master schedules, milestones, notice windows, and contingency dates
- Maintain accurate tracking sheets and IWMS records
- Coordinate due diligence and structured leadership recommendations
- Produce executive reports, memos, and contract logs
Requirements:
- Five or more years as a Project Manager
- Experience managing 10 to 20 concurrent projects or deals
- Commercial real estate or leasing familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
