Key Responsibilities
- Own agent retention, productivity, growth, and branch relationships
- Recruit new and experienced agents into the branch

Requirements:
- Active Ontario real estate and RECO broker licenses
- Seven or more years of real estate experience
- Real management or leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and calm skilled judgment
