- Own planning, commitments, blockers, progress, and delivery representation

- Review pull requests and maintain technical involvement
- Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance

Requirements:
- At least three years managing software engineers directly
- At least five years of skilled software development experience
- Fluent daily use of AI coding agents
- Experience driving team adoption of agentic workflows
