Build institutional crypto partnerships for Aster by using market knowledge and negotiation skills across Asia’s trading ecosystem. Drive meaningful volume through strategic relationships. As Business Development Manager, you will expand Aster’s global presence through institutional partnerships and trading growth. The work spans VCs, market makers, hedge funds, quant firms, and strategic partners. You will support institutional adoption of Aster’s decentralized perpetual exchange.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate institutional partnership opportunities
- Close partnerships with funds, market makers, and trading firms
- Lead Aster’s institutional growth strategy across Asia
- Manage sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and retention




- Represent Aster at crypto conferences and investor roundtables

Requirements:
- Solid network across institutional trading partners
- Two or more years in business development or partnerships
- Experience within CEX, DEX, prime brokerage, or hedge fund environments
- Track record closing high-value institutional deals
- Understanding of crypto market structure and perpetual DEX models Bring institutional relationship management, negotiation, and crypto market expertise to expand Aster’s trading ecosystem across Asia.
