Squamish Bike Shop is looking for an experienced Mountain Bike Mechanic to join our team in one of the best riding destinations in the world. We are seeking a skilled, motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Experience working on modern mountain bikes is required. E-bike experience is a strong asset.

What We Work On

We carry premium mountain bike brands including:

Experience servicing high-end suspension systems, drivetrains, hydraulic brakes, and electronic shifting systems is important.

Responsibilities :

- Complete bike builds and pre-delivery inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently
- Perform suspension services and drivetrain tuning
- Service and troubleshoot e-bike systems (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide qualified, knowledgeable customer service

Qualifications :





- Minimum 2+ years experience as a bicycle mechanic (mountain bike focus preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of modern MTB components
- Experience with suspension service is an asset
- E-bike diagnostics and service experience is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
