Our client in the healthcare sector is looking for a Systems Administrator / Asset Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud and SaaS platforms, Windows server and desktop environments, and enterprise networking.

In this role you will administer enterprise systems and integrated platforms, keeping business critical services available, reliable and secure across on premises, hosted and Azure environments. You will monitor systems proactively, troubleshoot complex technical issues through to the root cause, and put lasting fixes in place. You will support long term technology planning through capacity analysis and work closely with stakeholders across the organization. You will also keep accurate technology asset records, support software licence compliance and audits, and contribute to disaster recovery readiness,



documentation and the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over three years of experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure support in an enterprise environment.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud and SaaS platforms, and Windows server and desktop environments, with robust Windows networking knowledge.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work with technical teams and end users, manage multiple priorities, and work independently when needed.
