Reporting to the VP, Organization Effectiveness & Future Workforce, you will lead the strategy, framework, and solutions, translating insights into practical actions that drive measurable results. You will partner across HR, AI, Technology, and Finance to design workforce models, develop capabilities, and guide governance and readiness across the bank.
