As a hands-on Senior AI Engineer, you will move prototypes into production across agent design, evaluation, APIs, and cloud deployment. Guidepoint’s applied AI platform combines conversational AI, retrieval, structured data, and proprietary knowledge assets. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders while shaping architecture as the product grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design multi-agent workflows with planning, delegation, and result synthesis
- Build Python APIs connecting agents to products and data
- Manage workflow state, memory, retries, and partial-failure recovery
- Define evaluations for accuracy, groundedness,

Requirements:
- 8+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years production AI
- Production experience designing and shipping agentic workflows
- Robust Python skills building APIs and backend services
