Learning and development leaders can shape onboarding, facilitation, and employee experiences at Wealthsimple in a hybrid team across North America. As Lead, Learning & Employee Experience, you will own onboarding, learning programs, and employee events end to end. You will design curricula, facilitate live sessions, and build programs in a learning platform. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Communications, IT, Brand, and departmental leaders across Wealthsimple.

Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding cohorts from pre-boarding through live sessions
- Facilitate learning and onboarding for groups of ten to sixty-plus
- Design employee events, agendas, budgets, vendors, and production
- Build leadership, mandatory, and compliance learning programs




- Measure results and iterate programs using feedback and metrics

Requirements:
- Five-plus years designing and running relevant programs end to end
- Excellence facilitating mixed and senior audiences regularly
- Experience producing employee events from concept through delivery
- Instructional design and curriculum-building experience
- Data-driven approach and valuable judgement using AI tools Bring facilitation, instructional design, onboarding, and event production expertise to Wealthsimple’s employee experience team.
