Lead Salesforce requirements and integration work for a banking client in Toronto, using Financial Services Cloud in a hybrid setting. Support scalable CRM solutions while working onsite two to three days weekly. Procom seeks a Senior Salesforce BSA for a six-month contract supporting the Branch Technology CRM Engineering team. You will contribute to current project development and contract backfill needs. The work centers on Salesforce configuration, user management, and integrated solutions for Commercial Customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and refine requirements with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead daily project activities and maintain operational controls

Requirements:
- 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience
- Extensive Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud expertise
- Experience configuring platforms and managing users
- Financial Services Cloud configuration experience
