Lead secondary Arts programs at Assumption College School through curriculum guidance, collaborative leadership, and student achievement planning. This is a full-time assignment. The Department Head serves on the school leadership team and reports to school administration. The position supports Music, Visual Arts, or Dramatic Arts programs within a Catholic environment. Curriculum design follows Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations and Ministry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance for department program implementation
- Facilitate cooperation with other departments for student program needs
- Coordinate communication between administration and department members
- Ensure programs meet Ministry and Board curriculum requirements




- Lead professional development supporting school improvement and achievement

Requirements:
- Intermediate and Senior qualifications in Music, Visual Arts, or Dramatic Arts
- Honour Specialist qualification in Music, Visual Arts, or Dramatic Arts
- Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
- Understanding of current secondary education system and school priorities
